Authorized capital is the amount that the founder contributes (or declares) when they create a company or in the process of its operation. This amount determines the percentage of the company’s ownership.

What data can be used for searching queries

With Datapo you can search for any of the information above, which allows you to quickly find companies that meet your criteria.

For example, you can get a list of only those companies that meet the following criteria:

  • The declared authorized capital is in the range of 1,000,000 - 1,500,000 USD.
  • The authorized capital was declared, but not included in the authorized fund of the company.

All data is unified so that the search can be carried out globally across the entire database, regardless of the initial language of information or whether or not the primary sources contain errors, etc.
